Fabric Firms Settle Dispute in Mediation
Date: May 12th, 2010 | Filed under: Mediation NewsTwo Irish companies which weave and supply treated fabric used for aircraft seats have settled, via mediation, their dispute in the Commercial Court against an English company who allegedly supplied them with a fabric fire-retardant product which caused corrosion in aircraft.
The case was taken last year by Botany Weaving Mill Ltd and Cuan Tamhnaigh Teoranta, which together employ 100 in Donegal and Dublin. The case was against Firestop Chemical Ltd, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.
